Summary of updated findings
DRD’s 2015 Integrated Report provides the dates and locations of a number of environmental compliance audits carried out at the company’s operations by the DMR, the NNR and the DWS. This is an encouraging step. However, very limited information is provided as to the findings of these inspections.
DRD’s 2016 Integrated Report does not reference any environmental compliance audits, and it is unclear whether this is because no audits took place, or because the company did not report on them.
