MC Mining Limited (formerly Coal of Africa Limited) 4

Formerly known as Coal of Africa Limited (CoAL), the company received shareholder approval for its name change to MC Mining Limited (MC Mining) in November 2017.

The company’s shares are listed on three stock exchanges: the JSE, the Australian Stock Exchange, the London Stock Exchange. The company has stated that maintaining all three listings is “unnecessarily costly” and that it is considering whether this can be rationalised.1
